Due to the nature of consumable beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened beverage items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
